Application by three members of the press, Simon Israel, Hannah Summers and Suzanne Martin, for a transparency order for permission to report.

In 2020 Judge Clayton had ordered a transfer of residence from the mother to the father after the mother was found to have repeatedly obstructed contact. This was upheld by Judge Gwynneth Knowles. In 2020 the mother abducted the daughter to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, which is not a party to the Hague Convention. She has refused multiple orders to return to the UK and has made serious allegations of child sexual abuse against the father. The maternal grandfather was jailed for 18 months for assisting her.
